I spent years trapped in the cycle of addiction starting from a very young age, this came with all the trimming’s attached to addiction and I was in and out of prison as a young man.

My last stint in prison was over 16 years ago; entering a therapeutic rehab that’s when my recovery journey began. While accessing therapy I began to experience a spiritual awakening, helping me address many demons I had fought for years. The therapy I received saved my life.

After leaving rehab I started work in the community in a normal 9-5, but this didn’t give me what I needed; I knew I needed to help others, it was then I knew this is where I wanted my life to take me.

I began to study, carrying out an apprenticeship in the rehab where I gained my recovery. I have so much passion in helping others just like I was all of them years ago, to overcome anything they may be facing.

I am a strong believer that with the right support anyone can make a change in their lives and there will always be some journey we have been on that has caused our struggles.
