    BOSSFIX shake

    Breakfast-
    -200ml roughly unsweetened soya milk,
    -1 weetabix

    Handful of:
    -blueberries
    -strawberries
    -grapes

    -1 banana
    -Teaspoon peanut butter

    All in a blender for 30’seconds

    wow, i’m shocked at the amount of protein in such a small amount of calories and it loos its going to be really tasty, i will be trying this, thanks

    Teriyaki Stir Fry

    140grms chicken breast (cut into chunks) X2
    Red chilli (chopped)
    Red pepper (chopped)
    Green pepper (sliced)
    Grated ginger (fresh)
    12 mushrooms (sliced)
    4 baby corn (sliced in half)
    half tin of pineapple
    Teriyaki stir fry sauce
    Chinese five spice (optional)
    Pckt coconut rice

    Spray wok with fry light, heat up and add chicken, cook for approx 10 mins, add chilli, peppers, mushrooms, ginger, baby corn and some juice from pineapple, cook for a further 10/15 minutes. Add Teriyaki sauce and some pineapple, stir for a few minutes, place rice in the microwave for 2 minutes while stirring ingredients in the wok. Add more pineapple before serving, add chinese five spice if desired. ENJOY

    2x large hard boiled eggs
    20g leafy salad
    1/2 medium tomato
    6 slices cucumber
    70g fat free cottage cheese
    20g pomegranate

    1 large onion
    2 garlic cloves
    500g beef mince
    2 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes
    a few oregano sprigs, leaves picked, or 1 tbsp dried
    1 beef stock cube
    2 tbsp tomato ketchup
    4 peppers (mixed colours are nice)
    100g grated mozzarella or cheddar
    small bunch basil, leaves picked

    Pan-fry beef mince with onion, garlic, tomatoes and oregano and stuff into roasted bell peppers – top with melted mozzarella cheese

    Weetabix x3 or 4 or less upto own choice if doing smaller portions use less
    Protein yoguart salted caramel I used 1.5 pots topped with banana pop in fridge over night

    Health pork dinner

    2 strips of pork belly (1/2 pack) placed on a baking tray wrapped in foil 40 mins – 200”

    2 handful of frozen country veg being to boil (12 mins) – tip: use water from kettle after boiled to speed up the process

    Small handfull of cus cus in a bowl, add boiling water from kettle just above c is height, cover with a tea plate wait 5-8 mins

    Season as you like

    Roughly 5-600kcals

    High in protein and great nutrients with good fats and one of the best forms of carbs there is

    4x Lidl Italian style chicken Chipolatas
    100ml semi skimmed milk
    2 medium eggs mixed into milk
    100g Heinz spaghetti
    Half a warburtons thin

    Scramble eggs. Cook everything off
    Leaves you with an appetising meal of
    Cals: 432
    Protein: 36.6g
    Carbs: 31.3g

    It’s a nice hearty start to a day giving you plenty of energy to do what you need to do
