Teriyaki Stir Fry
140grms chicken breast (cut into chunks) X2
Red chilli (chopped)
Red pepper (chopped)
Green pepper (sliced)
Grated ginger (fresh)
12 mushrooms (sliced)
4 baby corn (sliced in half)
half tin of pineapple
Teriyaki stir fry sauce
Chinese five spice (optional)
Pckt coconut rice
Spray wok with fry light, heat up and add chicken, cook for approx 10 mins, add chilli, peppers, mushrooms, ginger, baby corn and some juice from pineapple, cook for a further 10/15 minutes. Add Teriyaki sauce and some pineapple, stir for a few minutes, place rice in the microwave for 2 minutes while stirring ingredients in the wok. Add more pineapple before serving, add chinese five spice if desired. ENJOY
