I’m a beginner, is this membership right for me?
Yes of course, the Gold Package has been created to suit all types of fitness levels and body types. Whatever your level, there will be resources to help you shred fat with rapid results.
How do I access the workouts and resources?
All members will gain access to the My PT Hub app where they’ll be supported with everything they’ll need for their fitness journey.
Do I need gym equipment or a gym membership?
No, a gym membership is not required. Workouts can be performed both at home and at the gym.
What happens if I wanted to cancel my membership?
You can cancel anytime, just give 7 days notice before the next payment date.
How do I get started?
