Information used
Our hosting services receive technical information needed to deliver pages and files, which may include your IP address, browser, device, request details and security logs. When you enter a member-area password, it is checked on the server. This website does not offer individual account registration, public comments or an on-site payment form.
Why we use information
We use technical information to operate the website, control access, prevent misuse and diagnose faults, relying on our legitimate interests in providing a secure service. When you book or contact us, we use the details you provide to respond, arrange your consultation and take steps you request before entering an agreement. Any later coaching or business-school service is covered by the information and agreement provided when joining.
Essential cookies
The members’ vault uses __Secure-bossfix-vault and the business school uses __Secure-bossfix-classroom. These signed cookies remember authorised access for up to eight hours. They do not contain your plaintext password. Our application does not include advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Your browser can block or delete cookies, but this may prevent access to member areas.
Bookings and other services
Bookings open Calendly. Resource links may open Canva, Google, Zoom, Loom, YouTube and other services. Those services receive information when you visit or use them and have their own privacy notices. Embedded third-party media may also receive technical information when loaded. Avoid submitting sensitive health information through a public booking field.
Hosting and disclosure
This website uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, including file storage. Service providers process information needed to deliver, secure and support the website. Information may be processed outside the UK; applicable data-protection requirements and safeguards apply to those transfers. We may disclose information where legally required. We do not sell website visitors’ personal information.
Retention
Access cookies expire after up to eight hours. We retain enquiry and booking information only while needed to handle the enquiry, provide an agreed service, meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. Technical logs are subject to the hosting providers’ retention arrangements. Contact us for details about a particular record or a deletion request.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
